VPN Maintenance: 2018-02-01 @ 10:00 PM Description: VPN Firewall code upgrades for EBC and RDC.

Update: This maintenance completed on time. Impact: EBC impact should be minimal to none - redundant VPN Firewalls are in place at EBC.
RDC impact may last for up to 15 minutes while that standalone device reboots.
Strata Maintanance: 2018-02-01 @ 11:00 PM Description: Balance light on DWDM path
Update: This maintenance completed on time. Impact: UVUW to Roosevelt.
VPN Maintenance: 2018-02-06 @ 10:00 PM Description: Another vendor patch notification was released yesterday necessitating VPN Firewall code upgrades for EBC and RDC again this week.

Price Library Firewall Maintenance: 2018-02-08 @ 5:00 PM Description: The first maintenance will occur today at 5pm-7pm. They will be using the same ip 198.60.2.7. The next maintenance will occur next Tuesday 2/13.

Park City 10 Gig/New Hardware Install: 2018-02-23 @ 8:00 AM Description: UEN will be working with the Park City School District to install new hardware and bring up a new 10 Gig circuit.
Update: This maintenance will begin in 5 minutes.
Update: This maintenance completed on time. Impact: This hardware install and circuit turn up will briefly impact the Park City School District, NUES Office, and the Wasatch Country Library. Extensive prep work has been done, so the outage should be brief (10 to 15 min) however there is the possibility that it could take longer.
Strata Networks Emergency Maintenance: 2018-02-26 @ 11:00 PM Description: Strata Networks Emergency Maintenance on the UEN secondary circuit from USU East to Uinta Basin ATC

CentraCom Maintanance: 2018-02-26 @ 11:55 PM Description: CentraCom will be upgrading from a 1G link to 10G between DDC and Centracoms Hub5

Zayo/Integra: 2018-02-27 @ 10:00 PM Description: Zayo/Integra will be preform maintanance to clear loss of communication between two nodes in Lindon & Orem

Strata Maintanance: 2018-02-28 @ 11:55 PM Description: Strata will be preforming Fiber Maintenance
Update: This maintenance completed on time. Impact: Terra Academy, Vernal UT
Outage Types:
Outage: An observed outage, not scheduled.
Normal: A planned outage, 24 hours in advance.
Urgent: A planned outage, 12 hours in advance
Emergency: Immediate outage required
Third Party Maintenance: A planned outage performed by an organization other than UEN
