Centracom Maintenance: 2022-08-03 @ 11:30 AM
Description: Centracom Engineering will be upgrading some of their gear. Centracom internet services will be down. Update: This maintenance will begin in 5 minutes. Update: This maintenance completed at 12:24 PM.
Impact: The Following Circuits and sites will be affected by the maintenance: Mount Pleasant Head Start Circuit ID = 4353001077 Centerfield Head Start Circuit ID = 4353001076 Wasatch Headstart Circuit ID = 4354621400 Fairview Bookmobile Circuit ID = 4353001173, 4351001712 UEN OOB UVU to Snow College Circuit ID = 4353000251 Tintic District Office Circuit ID = 4353000201
UETN Datacenter/Hosting network maintenance: 2022-08-11 @ 10:00 PM
Description: We will be performing firewall and network maintenance on the datacenter/hosted networking infrastructure as part of our ongoing migration to a new virtualization system. Update: This maintenance will begin in 5 minutes. Update: This maintenance completed at 12:40 AM.
Impact: Some hosted utilities and services will see short network interruptions, including but not limited to the following: Tableau, lists, ftp, wiki, jira, developer tools, AM and IVC, authentication, dns tools, and gateways.
UETN DDC and EBC emergency network maintenance: 2022-08-14 @ 7:30 PM
Description: Two nexus switches are showing hardware errors that require immediate attention. They will be rebooted (one at a time, DDC first) and further troubleshooting done if necessary. Update: This maintenance will begin in 5 minutes. Update: This outage was resolved at 9:13 PM.
Impact: UETN hosting and internal networks may be impacted but this is a redundant solution so no outage is expected.
update UCM dns servers: 2022-08-16 @ 10:00 PM
Description: we will be updating the DNS IP's across the UCM cluster. Update: This maintenance will begin in 5 minutes. Update: This maintenance completed at 11:03 PM.
Impact: the network interfaces will bounce with the change. phones might move to the next available node.

Outage Types:

Outage: An observed outage, not scheduled.

Normal: A planned outage, 24 hours in advance.

Urgent: A planned outage, 12 hours in advance

Emergency: Immediate outage required

Third Party Maintenance: A planned outage performed by an organization other than UEN

Additional Information: Normal maintenance outages, if necessary, are scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 11pm. If any additional information about outages is required, please contact the UEN Operations Center at noc@uen.org, 801-585-7440 or 800-836-4396.
