UETN Hosting network maintenance: 2020-12-01 @ 11:00 PM Description: Routers and firewalls will be upgraded. This is the last task and will complete the nsx maintenance started two weeks ago.

Online Library OS Upgrade: 2020-12-03 @ 11:00 PM Description: OS upgrade on the host

DNS - UEN Infoblox NIOS upgrade: 2020-12-11 @ 5:00 PM Description: We will be upgrading the Infoblox NIOS state-wide starting at
5:00 PM MST.

Update: This maintenance completed at 6:20 PM. Impact: The DNS service will not go down. However, the Infoblox web GUI will be unavailable for the first 30 minutes of the maintenance.
UEN hosted web site patching: 2020-12-13 @ 6:00 PM Description: The UEN hosted web services will be patched on Sunday. Most of the web services are load balanced and will not be affected by the patching process. For those services that are not load balanced there may be a one or two minute outage while the host reboots.

UEN storage array software upgrade: 2020-12-28 @ 9:00 AM Description: We will be upgrading the software on our Tegile storage arrays. This process will start at 9:00 AM and last until 9:00 PM.
Update: This maintenance will begin in 5 minutes.
Update: This maintenance completed at 1:48 PM. Impact: There is a small chance this could cause an outage and affect all UEN web services. We believe the chances of an outage are very low so we do not expect this to affect any services.
TDC-A Maintenance: 2020-12-29 @ 11:00 PM Description: UETN Engineers will be upgrading our TDC-A node at Tonaquint Data Center.
Update: This maintenance will begin in 5 minutes.
Update: This maintenance completed on time. Impact: The following customers will experience a loss of connectivity during this maintenance:
UofU - 2x10G L2 connection to DDC, (2x10G will remain up on TDC-B to DDC)
SLCC - Disaster recovery MPLS connection
I2 Connection at TDC
Outage Types:
Outage: An observed outage, not scheduled.
Normal: A planned outage, 24 hours in advance.
Urgent: A planned outage, 12 hours in advance
Emergency: Immediate outage required
Third Party Maintenance: A planned outage performed by an organization other than UEN
Additional Information:
