All West Communications: 2017-06-07 @ 12:00 AM Description: All West will be conducting a system upgrade during the maintenance window

Millard and Snow College: 2017-06-09 @ 1:15 AM Description: We've lost services in Millard county and Snow College area. We are coordinating with the Telco now to determine the reason for outage.

C7 C3850 Upgrade: 2017-06-15 @ 11:00 PM Description: We will be upgrading code on the Center-7 "P" device.

Update: This maintenance completed on time. Impact: Traffic will reroute over alternate paths no service impact is expected.
Salt Lake School District DO Move: 2017-06-15 @ 5:00 PM Description: The Salt Lake School District is moving the internet and circuit aggregation equipment from the current District Office location to a new data center location in their Auxiliary Services location. UEN will be working with the SLSD as well as Century Link to facilitate this process.
Update: This maintenance will begin in 5 minutes.
Update: This maintenance completed at 3:21 PM. Impact: The entire SLSD will be down during the time it takes to relocated UEN, SLSD, and Century Link equipment from one location to the other. We anticipate network services to be available sometime in the late evening/early morning of June 15th/16th, however internal district resources will likely require more time. The entire 48hr window has been reserved in case there are any problems or issues and any part of the network or it's resources could be down during this window.
Strata Maintenance: 2017-06-20 @ 12:00 PM Description: Duchesne County moving Dmarc location.
Update: This maintenance completed on time. Impact: Union Elementary.
Telco Transfer: 2017-06-21 @ 10:00 AM Description: San Juan School District will be changing Telco Providers during this Maintenance.

Zayo Maintenance: 2017-06-21 @ 10:00 PM Description: Zayo will be relocating fiber to accommodate road construction in Provo, UT.

Nebo School District: 2017-06-28 @ 10:00 PM Description: UEN will be working with the Nebo School District network staff
to replace the existing District Office Inside device with new hardware. This equipment upgrade is necessary for the deployment of a new firewall which will be taking place later in the week.
Update: This maintenance will begin in 5 minutes.
Update: This maintenance completed on time. Impact: This outage will impact the entire Nebo School District during the duration of the outage window. All of the layer 3 routing in the district as well as the firewall and access to internal district and internet services go through the District Office location. As a result all network services will be down until the new device is physically connected and properly
configured. Due to year end processing this maintenance will not begin until 10:00 PM
Duchesne SD: 2017-06-30 @ 8:00 AM Description: Duchesne SD will be redoing there Data Center and quite a bit will be going down durning the duration of the outage.

Strata Maintenance: 2017-06-30 @ 12:00 PM Description: Duchesne County moving Dmarc location.
Update: This maintenance completed on time. Impact: Union and East Elementary
USBE Cactus Database: 2017-06-30 @ 12:00 PM Description: Utah State Board of Education will be shutting down their CACTUS database at Noon on June 30, 2017. The database will be back 1:30 p.m. on Friday June 30, 2017.

Outage: An observed outage, not scheduled.
Normal: A planned outage, 24 hours in advance.
Urgent: A planned outage, 12 hours in advance
Emergency: Immediate outage required
Third Party Maintenance: A planned outage performed by an organization other than UEN
