Zoom
Zoom helps businesses and organizations bring their teams together in a frictionless environment to get more done. Their easy, reliable cloud platform for video, voice, content sharing, and chat runs across mobile devices, desktops, telephones, and room systems.
Learn two different ways to host Zoom meetings with Kim Davis from UEN's Distance Support department. She breaks down what situations each type of meeting is best used for!
How to Participate
Onboarding begins with a signed Participation Agreement. Participating charter schools or districts should complete the Agreement Request Form listing the person authorized to sign an agreement on behalf of the district or charter school. A Participation Agreement will then be sent for electronic signatures.
Educator Participation
Please contact your District/Charter IT Director to request an account.
UETN now has webinar licenses available for participating schools/districts to use by request. Webinars are perfect for events where the main goal is to disseminate information to a large number of people but does not require two-way audio/video between presenters and participants. Chat and Q&A features are still available.
Webinar licenses will be assigned to the host of the event for approximately one week to allow for set up, testing, and execution of the event. If additional time is needed, please list the requested dates in the “Additional Information” field. A member of our team will reach out to confirm your webinar reservation.
