ASR Code Upgrade: 2019-01-17 @ 11:00 PM Description: Upgrading the DAT-PEP-B device at the Davis Technical College.

Update: This maintenance completed at 11:36 PM. Impact: Ten Gig Circuit from DAT to Eccles Broadcast Center will go down while reload takes place. Traffic will reroute over another backbone link. (DAT to WSU)
Everything else is redundant and should show no impact.
Allwest Maintenace: 2019-01-23 @ 4:00 AM Description: ALLWEST is moving equipment in the Kamas area.
Update: This maintenance completed on time. Impact: Sites served by this equipment will be down.
Snow POP Upgrades: 2019-01-24 @ 11:00 PM Description: UEN Networking staff will be performing maintenance at the Snow College Point of Presence (POP) that will simplify backbone connectivity and free up hardware that can be used in other parts of the network
Update: This maintenance will begin in 5 minutes.

Impact: This maintenance will affect all customers connected to this POP location, most notably, the Snow Ephriam campus and the North and South Sanpete school districts. Internet connectivity to the POP and all of it's connected customers will be intermittent.

Google Products Issues: 2019-01-30 @ 8:30 PM Description: UEN Network Operations has received reports of, and has confirmed that some Google products are not accessible, or are slow to respond this evening. South Central Maintenance: 2019-01-30 @ 11:55 PM Description: South Central to repair damaged fiber between Colorado City, AZ and Apple Valley, Ut.
Update: This maintenance completed on time. Impact: Services in Apple Valley, Springdale and Hurricane will be impacted.

Outage: An observed outage, not scheduled.
Normal: A planned outage, 24 hours in advance.
Urgent: A planned outage, 12 hours in advance
