CenturyLink Outage in Kaysville Area: 2016-01-06 @ 8:30 PM Description: CenturyLink is experiencing an outage of service in the Kaysville area. It is impacting a number of GigE circuits in the area. They are working to restore service at this time. It is not clear yet if this is a Fiber Cut or not yet. More information to come.
Update: This outage was resolved at 12:08 AM. Impact: A number of GigE services in the Kaysville, Bountiful, and South Ogden areas are being impacted.
UEN Route Reflector Maintenance: 2016-01-07 @ 11:00 PM Description: UEN will be making some changes to our Route Reflector configurations and ensuring these changes are stable. This is part of the project to add more redundancy in routing across the UEN backbone.
Update: This maintenance will begin in 5 minutes.
Update: This maintenance completed on time. Impact: There is no planned impact, but as we cut from one service to the other, there may be short-term slowness of traffic as routes re-converge. There will be some testing associated with this change to ensure that everything is stable, and these tests may require that we re-converge routes more than once.
Replacing scc-pe-c-156 device: 2016-01-26 @ 11:00 PM Description: UEN will be replacing this device. As part of this maintenance, this device will no longer be a pe device. The device name will change to scc-rt-cad-pop.
Update: This maintenance will begin in 5 minutes.
Update: This maintenance completed on time. Impact: Anything connected to the scc-pe-c-156 device will be down while the switch is made. This includes several SLCC video devices.
CentraCom Maintenance: 2016-01-28 @ 11:00 PM Description: CentraCom will be performing maintenance on its network as described below.
We are moving fiber to a new hand hold at UVU.

Update: This maintenance completed on time. Impact: UVU will be down during this maintenance window. Please call if you experience service interruptions after the maintenance window (29 January, 01:00 AM).
Outage Types:
Outage: An observed outage, not scheduled.
Normal: A planned outage, 24 hours in advance.
Urgent: A planned outage, 12 hours in advance
Emergency: Immediate outage required
Third Party Maintenance: A planned outage performed by an organization other than UEN
