Strand 1: HUMAN DEVELOPMENT

Students will learn independence in basic hygiene skills and understand different types of touch.

Standard HE 3 yr.1.1

Participate in and develop personal hygiene and care.
  • Caring for a Healthy Body
    Children will learn how to practice and maintain personal hygiene habits such as washing hands, brushing their teeth, and proper body hygiene.  
  • Number Sequencing - Counting Fun
    Count as you are carrying out daily routines.While counting, stop often to ask what number comes next.  Ask what number comes after or before a given number.
